Something not right with your order? Please email us first at ironhalowargaming@gmail.com or use our contact form. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly - whether it’s a mix-up, quality concern, or any other problem.

Item Not Received? If your order hasn’t arrived, please let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve it for you.

Our Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for any reason.

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in unused, resalable condition.
  • Buyer pays return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

How to Return an Item

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.
  3. We will approve the return and provide a label if applicable to the following address:

Shipping Information

We take great care when packing every order to ensure your items arrive safely.

How We Package:

  • All items are securely packaged using bubble wrap, foam, and strong boxes to minimise the chance of breakages during transit.
  • Fragile items receive extra protection.

Shipping Carriers: We use Royal Mail and Evri, depending on the size, weight, and value of your order.

Shipping Times:

  • Most UK orders arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Royal Mail and Evri aim for next-day or 48-hour delivery on tracked services, but please allow up to 7 business days during busy periods.

International Shipping: See the shipping rates based on your country,

Order Tracking: Not all orders include tracking information. If tracking is available it will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
